The production process and delivery time frame are evaluated differently depending if you ordered a product or a custom order service.

Every piece jewellery ordered through one of our different sale platforms is made-to-order. A limited amount have been pre made and will get shipped out immediately but some orders require a product to be made after a customer places an order. Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order is then automatically added to the queue. As Holy hell pieces of jewellery are designed and handmade by only one person, you have to expect a production time from anything between 2 to 6 weeks, before it gets shipped or delivered, depending on the amount sales made around the time Once the product is finished, you will receive a email confirming the product has been fulfilled and a tracking number will be provided. Allow 2 to 5 business days for the order to be shipped. Outside of UK may take longer. However, please note that the production time is an estimate and may be influenced by different events out of our control. If at any point you are curious as to what stage your piece is at in production, do not hesitate to contact us.

If you need your jewellery faster, we can accommodate you with a rush order fee; this option puts your order at the head of our production queue. This service fee will decrease the production time to 7-14 business days (if supplies are on hand) and does not include shipping. The rush order fee depends on the price of the product selected: Products of £50 or less: Rush fee of £20 Products over £50: Rush fee of £45 It is possible to add an order rush fee after placing the order. There are no restrictions on the time you have to do this. If you want to add a rush order fee after you placed your order, just send us and email and we can accommodate this

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order if international All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

All sales are final. The only case a return would be accepted is if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return: Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. Jewellery must be in new, unworn condition, in the state you received them and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged products. We do not accept returns on custom orders, as specified in the contract. You will receive an email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will have the option of exchanging the item or receiving store credit.

Measure a bracelet or watch that you have at home and which fits you well. If you don't have any, you can measure your wrist using a measuring tape or a string and a ruler. Select the closest option to the size of your bracelet (not the size of your wrist) Please measure your wrist snug (not tight) with a soft tape measure, and select your required size from the menu. If you would like it a bit looser, please let us know in the order comments. Necklaces: Measure a necklace that you have at home that fits you well. If you don't have any, you can measure the lower part of your neck with a measuring tape or use a string and a ruler. Select the closest option to the size of your necklace (not your neck size). For custom size leave a note when you check out. Keep in mind that the choker should be a bit loose on your neck and not too tight. Belts: Measure a belt you have at home that suits you well. If you don't have any, measure your waist or hip, depending on where do want to wear your belt, with a measuring tape or use a string and a ruler. Select the closest option to the size of your belt.

Stainless steel offers some of the best value for money available when it comes to jewellery findings, due to its strength, durability and versatility. It is highly resistant to many issues that affect other base (or even precious) metals, such as tarnish and corrosion, and will last a lifetime if cared for correctly. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, tarnish free, and incredibly durable. Steel has a darker silver tone. It is probably THE strongest material out there for jewellery - definitely meant to last a lifetime! Steel pieces have a luxurious weight to them without being too heavy or uncomfortable. It is very scratch resistant and can easily be worn when you're swimming/showering/sweating. You never have to take it off. To clean, simply wash with soap and water. Each piece of jewellery have been processed in an ultrasonic to remove any burrs.
